Shottenkirk Hyundai is bar far the best car dealership and service department we have dealt with (we’re over 60 years old).
While I waited for the work to be done on my Palisade I got a phone call from my wife that she had fallen. My service provider got me back on the road almost immediately so I could get my wife to the hospital. I have been impressed with my Palisade for 3 years now and for the first time in my life I now have a dealership that I can be assured that they are concerned about my car and my family as well.

On 6/28/25 CALLED AHEAD by 2.5 hours to drive 1.5 hours to view one stock number car. Was told it will be waiting right outside. Arrived 3 hours after call - plenty of time to "pull car up" that we were committed was there to see.
WRONG. 45 minutes of waiting, nonsense, paperwork distractions --- car not even near lot! We can find "similar" model to drive --- so what. We CALLED AHEAD to see one vehicle. ZERO remorse for wasting our time: we can come back later if we do the paperwork. WHAT?????? Comment was from their supposed sales manager.

We purchased our 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited at Shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury and absolutely love it! The purchase experience was easy and vehicle service has also been great. The staff at the dealership is friendly and informative. If/when we consider purchasing another vehicle we will definitely visit Shottenkirk Hyundai in Granbury again!

Ron was amazing. He worked with me get me the car I wanted and with the numbers I asked for. He knew the car very well so he answered all the questions I had. He wasn't an aggressive salesman and didn't push me to buy something that I didn't need. He gave me the numbers I wanted (within reason of course) and overall had an amazing experience.
They went over and beyond to correct the mistakes of the previous managers. All new managers and an old New salesman, Ron Attaway with years of experience and honesty!! Now that’s a novel combination isn’t it! Sales Manager, Josh Snider give a 10+rating, and the same rating for Brandon Weems, financial manager and a 10++ for Ron Attaway salesman who was experienced and not aggressive!!
