Came in looking for a family car and Rylee and McCain made the most with our time. We looked for weeks, spoke with multiple dealers and no other place took care of us like Rylee and McCain did. They were honest, transparent, sweet, personable, and overall amazing. They worked with us to ensure we had a deal we couldn't say no to. I really do not enjoy buying vehicles. Every time I go to a dealership i end up feeling pressured and stressed. I thought this time would be the same and i had to drive a ways to get to this dealership that had a specific vehicle i was wanting. i arrived and met my salesperson Levi. He was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he showed me. He did not make me feel pressured one single time. After i decided i was going to buy, i met the finance manager McCain, who worked with me to get the price to where i was comfortable. He was very professional and knew what he was doing! Lastly, i met with John Jones who did all the financial details with me. I loved talking with him and he worked a great deal for me and even helped me out more on the deal because he noticed I was a Veteran. He stayed about 2 hours after they closed to make sure that i could get out of there with the vehicle that night. I look forward to dealing with these guys anytime i need the vehicle serviced! A great experience buying a car thru Shottenkirk. We live 2 hours away and did most of the discussions over the phone and email. Very low pressure with no games at all! We also received a very fair price. The Sales team (Tyler/Logan) were very easy to deal with and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The Finance Manager (Brandon) was very patient and friendly also as I had many questions and made several changes in the contract. I would buy from them again without hesitation!! Great job!

Ryan , the Service Manager was excellent by keeping us informed. They noted we had a new recall and we were able to get it completed while we were there.

This dealership is not like others. They take the time to actually help you get what you want at a great price. Finding a trustworthy dealership nearly impossible, but after my experience with Hyundai, I was confident that they weren't just trying to get a sale and send me on my way. They listened to MY wants and needs and I now own a new Palisade that I absolutely LOVE! I was so pleased with the integrity of this dealership that I sent my daughter and son in law in and they both left in new vehicles thanks to Jesse. If you're looking for a vehicle you should give Shottenkirk a visit. You won't be disappointed.

It was a great experience with the dealership. I had to purchase a car for one of my college daughters. Straight forward to the deal with transparent price! I was very impressed with the staff there from the sales representative; Tyler Ashlock, managers; Josh Snider, to the finance manager Brandon Weems. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I went there in Dec 2021when it was under the previous ownership and today was a 1000% improved experience from then! New people with new attitudes towards the customer. I saw on the wall of Brandon's office a poster with words on how to help and treat customers, and that meant a ton to me and my wife. It's not about the product being presented, but way more about how to help the customer get to where they want to be in their purchase. They were fair in the trade- in value of my vehicle as well as the new vehicle's negotiated price point. My wife and I both felt like we definately had a better experience when we left, than our expectations when we walked in the door. Tyler took it on himself while we were with Brandon in the finance office to move everything from our current car to the new one. We were not planning on a purchase today, just checking inventory on used Palisades, so we had not cleaned it out or had it detailed yet to present it for trade in. Thank you Tyler for your thoughtfulness!

Spent all day last Sept negotiating until they came down to a reasonable price on the Ioniq 6 SE, but they did eventually come down to a fair market price. When I came back 7 months later for my 1yr/8000mi service and asked them to take care of the 2 dings/scratches my vehicle collected, I was told they couldn't cover it under the 1 year Premier coverage included with the sale that states it covers 6 dents/dings in the 1st year. I was disappointed because I felt misled, but the manager Brian offered to take care of it the next week and they did a solid job. At this point my only hesitation in recommending Shottenkirk is make sure you have plenty of time when coming to buy or service your vehicle here. Edit: Bumping up 1 more star after realizing they detailed the inside of the vehicle as well as replacing the cabin fusebox cover which had been missing for a few months.

Outstanding customer and mechanical service. Also purchased two vehicles from this dealership and they are wonderful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend service and purchasing your vehicle.

I have Bought 2 vehicles from shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury, both times have been wonderful experiences, the sales people aren’t pushy or rushing to make the sale, and are knowledgeable about the vehicles, the finance people understand your needs and budget and do their absolute best to make sure you stay in that budget. Even the service department feels nothing like going to the dealership it’s actually fast. I don’t think I will ever own anything but a Hyundai because of this amazing dealership!

We eventually negotiated down to the right price but it made my one hour in and out purchase an almost 4 hour deal. It was the only negative to my entire buying experience.
